french pastry cookbook

Hello Foodies,

I’ve got some exciting news to share. I’ve been doing some freelance food photography for the last few months for a local woman who has been writing a cookbook.

It’s been a very long process between styling, shooting and editing the photos, but I’m so proud of the final product and the author is thrilled as well, which is very important!

The book is now available online and would make a wonderful Christmas gift! It’s called French Brunch at Home and contains more than 30 recipes including:

  • Classic Croissants (Traditional Butter, Almond, Chocolate Hazelnut, Pain au Chocolat, Morning Buns)
  • Fast and Easy Croissants
  • Scones and Brioche
  • Quiches and Salads
  • Granola
  • Jams for all seasons
  • More!

I had the opportunity to taste a lot of the pastries and let me tell you – they are delicious!

Support small business and pick up a copy of the book. Tell Leah I sent you. She worked really hard on this book and I’m so thrilled for her. She provides step by step instructions with recipes for both sea level and high altitude. Baking at high altitude can be tricky and I love that she has tested these recipes and perfected them for those of us living closer to the sun.
